Hair Cuts – Our stylists are continuously educated in the current trends and techniques. While many of them offer a variety of services, some focus their talents specifically on cutting. Color and Highlights – While we like to boast that 2 of Colorados 5 American Board Certified haircolorsts reside here at Studio Boom, we can't offer nearly enough praise for our entire coloring team. With 18 colorists constantly dreaming and creating, our passion for haircolor is contagious, and new ideas and techniques are constantly emerging.

We carry a variety of color lines and products in order to offer you a superior color service. Whether your issue is gray coverage, a less than desirable “tone”, or achieving the perfect shade of pink, we're here, we're excited, and we LOVE that you leave LOVING your color!

Keratin Smoothing Treatments & perms = We have recently made the decision to discontinue the Brazilian Blowout service due to OSHA's testing and finding of dangerous levels of formaldehyde in the product itself. We made this decision simply because we care about not only your health and ours, but any other pregnant women or children that could be affected while being in the salon.

At this time, many reputable, trustworthy companies, such as Redken and Pravana are working on releasing a safe product that will produce the same amazing results. Keep an eye on our "Whats up" page for the release date of Redkens Keratin Smoothing product.

We do still offer chemical relaxing and straightening services, and because there are many types of products for different hair types and desired looks, we offer pricing for these services by consultation.

Updo's and Blowouts – Weddings, Proms, Holiday Parties, broken arm … we offer a simple blow out and styling service, to the most amazing and elegant updo style.

Powerdose Deep Conditioning by L'Oreal – This amazing treatment targets and fortifies the hairs cortex with either AHA lipid guard or Ionene G. Protective pre treatments and powerdoses that instantaneously condition the hairs cuticle and surface with Bio-mimetic ceremide.

Huh? Bottom line, they are amazing. This is a one to two step process, depending on your needs, and can be added to your cut or color service for $15 to $25 dollars.

Hair Extensions – Oh how we love hair extensions! They've come such a long long way in the past few years, we now offer so many brands, styles and techniques. When people think of hair extensions, they envision long, long celebrity type hair. As awesome, as that can be, they can be used for so many different reasons and looks. Maybe there is a specific cut you'd like, but are tired of waiting to grow that last 2 inches on your sides, maybe you have thinner hair than you'd like, maybe you want purple streaks, but don't want the hassle and upkeep involoved in the bleaching and coloring process that look would entail, maybe you want bangs, but dont want to cut your hair. Pretty much any look you can think of can be accomplished with hair extensions. Gone are the days of the mullet look with super long fake looking strands, with todays technology, we are actually able to integrate natural looking, human hair, all throughout, even on the very top of your head. This is wonderful news for women with excessive hair loss, due to natural causes or chemotherapy treatments.

Current Trends – Feather extensions? Yep, seriously. These are a fun way to jazz up your style, and can be done in a very neutral conservative look, or a more outrageous, bright and funky look. They last for 8-10 weeks, and can be washed, dried, curled, and flat ironed. Starting at only $10, this is an affordable trend for either yourself, or your kids!

Hair Tinsel – These are also an amazing amount of fun. Hair tinsel comes in just about any color you can think of, and are hand tied into your natural hair. Again, these can be used conservatively as a bit of gold bling in a golden blonde highlight, or a rainbow of colors all throughout your hair. Like feather extensions, Hair tinsel can be washed, dried, curled and flat ironed, and can last up to 6 weeks. Starting at $4 per strand.
