Eyelash Extensions – Grow your own lashes? Maybe, but who has time for that? NOVALASH invented the perfect solution and we are all over it! Lucia and Alicia have the patience of angels as they one by one apply individual lashes to the tips of each of your lashes. The result is beautiful, long, natural looking lashes.

As your natural lashes shed, the tips of course go with them, so fill in appointments (from $25) are recommended every few weeks. A few weeks ago, Alicia applied a set to a woman who had just finished her chemotherapy treatments, and I have never seen anyone so happy. As the woman looked at herself in the mirror, and tears welled up in her (and our) eyes, I thought once again, what an amazing industry this is. Something like eyelash extensions may seem a bit pretentious to some, but maybe to someone else, it may be just what they needed to feel ok about themselves …
